SHOPPING AND PAYMENT

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

    Electronic payments: by card / fast transfer from selected Polish banks / BLIK.

  2. Is cash on delivery available?
    Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available.

  3. Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, if the order has not been paid for. If you've already completed the transaction but the package has not been shipped yet, please contact us at kontakt@marchclothes.pl to cancel the order.

  4. Can I make changes to my order?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the ordered products (model, color, size, quantity). If you need to change the address provided, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@marchclothes.pl. Changes cannot be made once the shipping label has been generated.

  5. Can I get an invoice for my order?

    Yes, please contact us at kontakt@marchclothes.pl before placing your order.

ONLINE SHOP

  1. Are products that are out of stock restocked?

    Depending on the product, we regularly restock our inventory. If you're interested in a product that is currently out of stock, we encourage you to sign up for restock notifications on the product page by selecting your desired size.

  2. How can I recover my forgotten password?

    In the login panel, click the “forgot my password” option. A link will be sent to your email, allowing you to create a new password.

  3. How can I contact March for other questions about my order or received products?

  4. How do I know that my purchase was successful?

    You will receive an email with a summary of your purchase and a confirmation of the transaction.

  5. I can't register/make a purchase, the site isn't working. What should I do?
    If you're having trouble registering or placing an order, ensure you're using the latest version of your browser. If the issue persists, contact us at kontakt@marchclothes.pl.

 

COMPLAINTS

  1. How can I file a complaint?

    To file a complaint, complete the complaint form available HERE and include it with the returned item along with the receipt or other proof of purchase. When submitting a complaint, please provide the following information: customer's name, address, details to identify the purchase (e.g., login, order number), date of purchase, the item and reason for the complaint, and contact details (email, phone number).

  2. How long does it take to process a complaint?

    Complaints are processed within 14 days from the moment we receive the item along with the complaint form and receipt.

  3. What are the possible outcomes of a complaint?

    If the complaint is accepted, we will offer free repair or, if repair is not possible, replacement with the same model or another model.

  4. What types of complaints are not accepted?

    Complaints resulting from product use (e.g., mechanical damage, natural wear and tear) or improper care are not accepted.
