Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to return the ordered goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please remember to print and include the return form.

IMPORTANT:

1. Only identifiable returns will be processed, meaning that they must include a correctly filled-out return form.

2. Returns of multiple orders can be sent in a single shipment. Just make sure to list all order numbers on the return form.

• If you want to exchange a product, please return the item and purchase the correct product again.

Return Policy:

• You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the shipment to return items.
• Returned products must have all tags attached. They cannot have stains (including from cosmetics) or any other signs of use or odors.
• Please ensure the products are well-protected to avoid damage during transport.
• Make sure to send the returned goods via a trusted and insured carrier, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost goods during transport.
• Refund processing may take up to 14 days, but we strive to handle it as quickly as possible.
• To avoid returns of used products, in case of any doubts regarding the condition of the returned clothing, the final decision rests with the MARCH staff after checking the goods.
