Returns and Exchanges

 

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods. If you send the product back on your own, please remember to print and include the return form.

You can submit a return or exchange in 2 ways:

1. Through Wygodne Zwroty, where you can fill out the form and send the parcel in one place, or via the link:

2. By sending the product to the following address:

IMPORTANT:

  1. Only identifiable returns will be processed, meaning that they must include a correctly filled-out return form.

  2. Returns of multiple orders can be sent in a single shipment. Just make sure to list all order numbers on the return form.

Exchange:

If you want to exchange a product, you can do so through the Wygodne Zwroty form or by sending the product back to our address on your own.

In case of an exchange, please write which size you would like to receive. If you send the product back on your own, please include the return form with information about the exchange, for example: “exchange from XS to S”.

An exchange is possible for the same product and color, in a different size, if the selected size is available.

The cost of sending the product back to us is covered by the customer. The cost of shipping the new size to the customer is covered by us as the store.

The new size will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Return Policy:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the shipment to return items.
  • Returned products must have all tags attached. They cannot have stains (including from cosmetics) or any other signs of use or odors.
  • Please ensure the products are well-protected to avoid damage during transport.
  • Make sure to send the returned goods via a trusted and insured carrier, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost goods during transport.
  • Refund processing may take up to 14 days, but we strive to handle it as quickly as possible.
  • To avoid returns of used products, in case of any doubts regarding the condition of the returned clothing, we reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product after receiving and inspecting it.
