Delivery

1. When will my order be shipped?
   We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days (for items available in stock). The maximum processing time is 5 business days from the moment your payment is received. In exceptional cases, this may take longer — if so, we’ll notify you by email.

2. Is it possible to expedite or delay the shipment of my order?
   We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and take individual requests into account. However, it is not possible to change the order processing time.

3. Is international shipping available?
   Yes. We deliver packages within the EU via DPD International courier.

4. What are the delivery costs?

   • Inpost Paczkomaty: Delivery is free for orders worth 399 PLN or more. The delivery cost for other shipments is 15 PLN.
   • Inpost Kurier: Delivery is free for orders worth 399 PLN or more. The delivery cost for other shipments is 17 PLN.
   • DPD International: The shipping cost depends on the destination country.

5. When will my package be delivered?
   Delivery of courier and Paczkomat shipments typically takes no longer than 1-2 working days from the moment of shipment. For international shipments, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier.

6. Will I receive a receipt with my order?
   Yes, a receipt confirming the purchase will be sent along with the product. Please keep the receipt for any future exchanges, returns, or complaints.

7. Can I pick up my package in person?
   No. We are an online store and do not have retail points.

8. Can I pay for my purchases upon delivery?
   Unfortunately, no. Purchases made in the online store must be paid for online.

9. Which courier company do you use to ship orders?
   Orders within Poland are shipped via InPost courier.
