Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

Return / withdrawal from the contract can be submitted in 2 ways:

1. Via the Wygodne Zwroty app, where you can complete the form and ship the parcel in one place.

Submitting a return through Wygodne Zwroty is equivalent to submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract.

2. Through the order panel:

Enter the email address used for your order and confirm it with the code sent to your inbox. You do not need to create an account or set a password.

You can send the product back:

1. Via Wygodne Zwroty — according to the instructions in the form.

2. On your own, to the following address:

If you send the product back on your own, please remember to include a correctly completed return form.

IMPORTANT:

1) Only returns and exchanges that can be identified will be processed, meaning they must include a correctly completed return form or information about the exchange.

2) Returns from multiple orders may be sent in one parcel. Just remember to list all order numbers on the return form.

Exchange:

If you want to exchange a product, you can do so through the Wygodne Zwroty form or by sending the product back to our address on your own.

In case of an exchange, please write which size you would like to receive. If you send the product back on your own, please include the return form with information about the exchange, for example: “exchange from XS to S”.

An exchange is possible for the same product and color, in a different size, if the selected size is available.

The cost of sending the product back to us is covered by the customer. The cost of shipping the new size to the customer is covered by us as the store.

The new size will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Return policy:

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to make a return.
• Returned products must have all tags attached. They must not have any stains, including makeup stains, or any other signs of use or odors.
• Please secure the products properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Make sure you send the returned goods through a trusted and insured carrier, as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transport.
• Refunds are processed within up to 14 days, although we make every effort to handle them as quickly as possible.
• To avoid returns of used products, in case of any doubts regarding the condition of the returned clothing, we reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product after receiving and inspecting it.
